Built for rooms with a stage and tables.
Everything in Floorshow starts from your floor plan: what guests see when they buy, what your staff see on the night, and what lands in your bank.
Made for rooms like yours
- Comedy clubs
- Sell the front tables by pick and seat the rest yourselves, show by show, with minimums shown before anyone pays.
- Supper clubs and dinner theaters
- Dinner packages, arrival times and a count for the kitchen, sold with the ticket.
- Cabarets and piano bars
- Booths, two-tops and bar seats, each with its own price and its own view of the stage.
- Jazz clubs and listening rooms
- Two sets a night, each with its own seating, guest list and settlement.
Seating your way
Your room, the way it really is, and rules that are yours.
Your room, drawn for you
We draw it from your floor plan or photos: tables, booths, bar seats, the stage, posts and all, with each section in its own color and price.
Guests pick, or you seat
Each show can let guests choose their exact table, sell sections your team seats before doors, or sell general admission. Mix them on the same night.
Every table shown fits
Guests choose their party size first, and your rules decide which tables each party can book.
Accessible seating on the map
Wheelchair spaces and companion seats are shown and sold at the same prices and the same times as every other seat.
Price by the view
Each section and table can have its own price, so the best seats in the house earn like it.
Change prices as it sells
Adjust prices show by show as demand moves. Guests who already bought keep the price they paid.
Holds and comps
Keep tables back for regulars, performers and friends of the house, and release them when you’re ready.
Late tables, if you want
You can let a table nobody has claimed by a time you choose go to walk-ups. Guests are told that rule before they pay.
Empty chairs, counted
Every settlement shows the empty chairs at tables you sold, so you can see how full the room really ran.
Dinner shows
Sell the evening, not just the seat.
Packages with the ticket
Dinner and the extras you offer, priced per guest or per table, offered at checkout and never pre-selected.
A count for the kitchen
Set a limit for each show and see exactly what was ordered before doors.
Minimums said up front
A table’s food-and-drink minimum shows next to its price, at checkout and on the ticket, in your words.
Arrival times
Spread dinner guests across arrival times so the kitchen and the floor aren’t hit all at once.
Your calendar
Easy enough to update between sets.
Shows that sell themselves
Each show gets its own page with a photo, a description and links to the performers, ready to share.
Weekly runs in a minute
Add a residency every Thursday through spring, or two sets a night, in one go.
Move a date by dragging it
A show date nobody has bought into moves to another day with a drag. Dates with tickets sold stay put.
On sale when you say
Put a show on sale now, at a time you pick, or keep it as a draft until it’s ready.
The money
Your account, your policy, your numbers.
Your own Stripe account
Guests’ payments go to your account and you’re the merchant on their statement. Payouts go to your bank on your schedule with Stripe.
All-in prices
Guests see the full price, fees included, from the first screen, the way federal rules for live-event tickets now require.
Refunds by your policy
You write the policy. Inside it, guests refund themselves; outside it, a manager decides. If you cancel a show, every guest is refunded in full.
A settlement for every show
Sales, refunds, tax, fees, card processing and what reaches your bank, per show and per night, with a spreadsheet for your bookkeeper.
Chargebacks in view
If a guest disputes a charge, you see it next to the order’s full record, with what you need to respond.
The door
The phones your staff already carry.
Any phone is the door
Staff sign in and scan tickets with the camera. No scanners to buy.
Works without signal
The night’s list lives on the phone. Check-ins keep going in a dead zone and catch up when the signal returns.
The room at a glance
Who’s in, who’s still coming and which tables are empty, on a map of your room.
Walk-ups
Sell a walk-up at the door and they’re checked in on the spot, counted in the same settlement.
Ask about tonight
An optional assistant answers door staff from tonight’s list: find a party, count the room, check a table.
An AI box office, with limits
Answers at 2 a.m., and never more generous than your policy.
Answers guests any time
Showtimes, parking, dress code, the menu, their own order: answered from your house rules and your calendar.
Does the small jobs
Finds an order and resends tickets, only to the email on that order.
Your policy, not its own
It refunds only inside your written policy. Anything else goes to a manager to approve or decline with one tap.
Honest about what it is
It tells every guest it’s an AI, and hands the conversation to your staff whenever a guest asks.
On only if you want it
It starts off. Turn it on when you’re ready, have it draft answers for your staff to send first, and switch it off any time.
Your guests
A better night out starts before they arrive.
One page for the evening
Their table, party size, arrival time, minimum and ticket, on their phone, with an add-to-calendar button.
Passing a ticket on
Guests can send tickets to a friend properly: the friend gets their own ticket and the old one stops working.
A waitlist for sold-out shows
When seats come back, the next party in line that fits gets the first chance at them.
An email list that’s yours
An optional, unchecked sign-up at checkout, exported for the email tool you already use.
Your website
Whatever website you have now, we handle it.
Keep it
Paste two lines into your site and your show list appears, with a button to pick a table.
Move it
If your ticket company runs your site, we move it as part of setup. First we check who holds your address; if your old company holds it, we help you get it into your name. We set up email before the switch and forward old show links wherever we control them.
Or we build one
A standard site from your photos and calendar comes with ticketing. Custom design and heavy content work are quoted up front.
On your own address
Your show pages can live on your own web address, carrying your name, not ours.
More than one room
For owners and groups with several rooms.
One sign-in
Owners and managers reach every room in the group without signing in again.
Reports across rooms
The week ahead and one settlement across every room, with a spreadsheet.
One Stripe account, if you like
Rooms in a group can share a Stripe account or keep their own.
Coming soon
On our list and not live yet. We’ll tell you when each one is ready; until then, please don’t plan around them.
- Taking cards at the door on a phone
- Text-message reminders for guests
- Livestream tickets for guests watching from home
- Tickets in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet
Questions owners ask
How long does switching take?
Most of the work is ours: drawing your room, setting up your shows and handling your website. We’ll give you a date on the first call and plan the switch around your calendar.
Do we need new hardware?
No. The door runs on the phones your staff already have, and the box office runs in a web browser.
What does it cost?
One flat fee per ticket sold online, a small fee on orders taken at the door, and Stripe’s card processing on your own account. Tickets sold online for your first three show dates carry no fee. See pricing.
Who owns the guest information?
Your guests’ orders are your records. We handle them on your behalf under our agreement with you, we don’t sell guest data, and the AI services we use aren’t allowed to train on it.
What happens if something goes wrong on a Friday night?
The door keeps working without internet, and we’re with you during your first shows. We agree show-night support with you before you go on sale.
Can we see it before we commit?
Yes. We’ll show it to you on your own room, on your phone, before you decide anything.
Our room doesn’t sell tables. Is this still for us?
Yes. Each show can let guests pick their table, sell sections your team seats before doors, or sell general admission, and you can mix them on the same night.
Can we keep our website?
Yes. Add two lines to your site and your show list appears on it, with a button to pick a table. If your ticket company runs your site today, we move it for you as part of setup.
