Accessibility
Everyone should be able to buy a ticket and enjoy the show. That includes people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or voice control, and guests who need a wheelchair space.
The standard we build to
We design Floorshow to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. Every page of this website, and our ticketing, box office, door and agent pages, is checked with automated accessibility tests on a phone and on a desktop whenever we change it. We’re adding regular hands-on testing with screen readers.
We don’t use accessibility overlay widgets. We fix the pages themselves.
Accessible seating
Venues on Floorshow show wheelchair spaces and companion seats on their room map, and sell them at the same prices and the same times as every other seat. Questions about a venue’s entrances, seating or services are best answered by the venue, and we’re happy to put you in touch.
Where we’re still working
Some documents we share, such as PDF guides, may not be fully accessible yet. Ask and we’ll send what you need in another format.
Tell us
