Storage on your device
Our tools keep a few things in your browser so they work well, such as the last venue you opened. The door app keeps the night’s guest list on the phone so check-in works without internet. You can clear this storage in your browser settings.
Other services
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser asks Google’s servers for them and Google receives your IP address and browser details. Ticket checkout pages and Stripe’s own sign-up pages use Stripe, which sets cookies to prevent fraud; those pages explain that where they appear.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Without the sign-in cookie you won’t be able to stay signed in. We honor Global Privacy Control signals. If we ever add analytics, we’ll update this page first. Questions: hello@floorshowtickets.com.
