Floorshow

From floor plan to final settlement.

A show night on Floorshow, from the day we draw your room to the money in your bank. The pictures are simplified, and every show and number in them is made up.

  1. We draw your room

Send your floor plan, a few photos or a seating chart. We draw your tables, booths, bar and stage, then set sections and prices with you. Change the room yourself later; shows already selling keep the layout their guests bought.

  2. Your shows go on sale

Your calendar comes over with photos, descriptions and performer links, on your website and your own show pages. Each show sells your way: guests pick tables, your team seats sections, or general admission.

  3. Guests pick their table

Guests pick a party size and see only the tables that fit, choose one on your map, add dinner or an arrival time if you offer them, and pay one all-in price. The ticket lives on their phone, and they can pass it to a friend, join a waitlist or refund inside your policy.

  4. The days before the show

Your box office shows sales, the waitlist and anything that needs a manager. Hold tables for regulars, comp a performer’s guests, move a party. If you turn on the AI box office, it answers guests day and night inside your rules.

  5. Doors

Staff scan tickets on their own phones and see who’s in, who’s coming and which tables are empty. Walk-ups are sold and checked in on the spot, and the door keeps going if the Wi‑Fi drops.

  6. After the show

Every show closes with a settlement: sales, refunds, tax, fees, card processing and what reached your bank, with a spreadsheet for your bookkeeper. Payouts go to your bank on your schedule, and opted-in guests are ready for your email tool.

Built so you’re never stuck

  • Your money is in your Stripe account from the first sale.
  • Your door works with no internet.
  • Your guests’ orders are your records, exportable whenever you want them.
  • Your web address: if your old ticket company holds it, we help you get it into your name.
  • Every guest: we build to the WCAG 2.1 AA standard, so guests using screen readers or booking a wheelchair space can buy too.
